The goal is to transform raw land into a pad-ready site with all the necessary access, infrastructure, and groundwork for the builder to begin actual construction.

Role Description
The Laborer (Union) position is a full-time, on-site role working on heavy civil construction projects throughout Northeast Ohio. This position is open to Laborers Local 860 members, or those able to obtain membership.
You will work alongside experienced pipe and site crews installing storm, sanitary, water, and fireline utilities, and support earthwork, grading, and site development. Day-to-day responsibilities include pipe laying, bedding and backfill, trench support, material handling, and general site labor according to project plans and direction from field supervision.
Laborers follow all company, OSHA, and project-specific safety requirements and work closely with operators, foremen, and other trades to keep projects running efficiently.
Compensation

Qualifications

Role Description
The Heavy Equipment Operator (Union) position is a full-time, on-site role working on heavy civil construction projects throughout Northeast Ohio. This position is open to union operators only.
You will safely and efficiently operate equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steers, and other machinery used for excavation, utility installation, grading, and site development. Day-to-day responsibilities include excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, loading and handling materials, and other earthwork activities according to project plans and direction from field supervision.
Operators complete daily equipment inspections, identify and report mechanical issues, and assist with basic maintenance to keep equipment in safe operating condition, while working closely with laborers, foremen, and other trades under all company, OSHA, and project-specific safety requirements.

Qualifications

- Ability to safely and efficiently operate excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steers, and other construction equipment
- Experience performing excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, loading, and earthmoving operations
- Experience working around underground utilities including water, sanitary sewer, and storm systems is preferred
- Ability to understand grades, elevations, site plans, and directions from field supervision
- Knowledge of daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Strong commitment to jobsite safety and compliance with OSHA and company requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when necessary
- Reliable transportation to project locations throughout Northeast Ohio; valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus)

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site CDL Class B Truck Driver position based in Cleveland, OH. You will operate commercial vehicles to safely and efficiently transport materials to and from local job sites.
This is a local driving position with no overnight travel. Drivers are home every night and are not required to stay out of town or travel long distances for extended periods.
Duties include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring the safe loading and unloading of materials, and following all DOT, company, and job site safety regulations. Drivers work closely with our field crews to keep projects running efficiently and may perform minor vehicle maintenance as needed.
